It Is Unfortunate So Many Agents Just Do Not Know!

Know what? The reason why the MLS was invented.

Once you discover why you will suddenly find out how to win every listing appointment you ever go on!

So Why Was The MLS Invented?

Most agents think the ONLY reason was to post their listings there and hope some other MLS agent will show it and sell it.

That’s Not The ONLY Reason Why The MLS Was Invented!

There were 2 reasons for the MLS invention.

  1. Post your listings.
  2. Find your buyers.

What? Buyers?!

Yes… buyers!
The MLS was invented to make it easier for you to find a buyer who might be interested in buying your listing. And you are to use the “Yes I have buyers for your home Mr. Seller.” when on your listing appointments.

In fact… you will even show the photos of where these buyers are currently living. Yes, even the photos! And let me tell you when you do this with a seller it instantly proves to them that you are NO ORDINARY AGENT!

How Do You Find These Buyers On The MLS even BEFORE YOU TAKE THE LISTING?

  1. Go to your MLS.
  2. Search for properties that are currently active within 5 miles radius of the subject home.
  3. Filter by “Tennant Occupied” Only.
  4. Print the Map View.

Think about it.

If you were a tenant in a property that is currently listed for sale and you have to move when they sell it, wouldn’t you motivated to buy another home? YES?

In the MLS you can actually print the map view and show your seller how YOU have a preliminary list of people who would be interested in buying their house! Even before you out it in the market!

Use This Strategy & You’ll Never Lose A Listing!

La razón por la que el MLS fue inventado?

Una vez que descubra por qué se encuentra de repente la manera de ganar con una lista en vez de con citas!

Así que ¿Por qué se inventó el MLS?

La mayoría de los agentes creen que la única razón era para publicar sus anuncios allí y esperar que algún otro agente MLS lo mostrará y venderlo.

Esa no es la única razón por la MLS fue inventada!

Hubo 2 razones de la invención de la MLS.

  1. 1. Publicar tus enlistados
  2. Encontrar compradores.

¿Qué? Compradores? Sí…Compradores!

 La MLS se inventó para que sea más fácil para usted para encontrar un comprador que podrían estar interesados en comprar tu enlistado. Y utilizar el “Sí tengo compradores para su casa señor vendedor.” en tus citas.

De hecho … incluso se va a mostrar las fotos de las casas en las que estos compradores están viviendo actualmente. Sí, incluso las fotos! Y déjeme decirle, cuando se hace esto con un vendedor al instante les prueba que no eres NINGÚN AGENTE ordinario!

¿Cómo se encuentran estos compradores en la MLS? inclusive ANTES DE TOMAR EL ENLISTADO!

  1. Ve a tu MLS.
  2. Busque propiedades que estén activas actualmente dentro de un radio de 5 millas de la casa del sujeto.
  3. Filtrar por propiedades “Tennant Occupied” solamente.
  4. Imprime la vista de mapa.

Piénsalo.

Si fuera inquilino en una propiedad que actualmente está en venta y tiene que mudarse cuando la vendan, ¿no estaría motivado para comprar otra casa? ¿SÍ?

¡En la MLS, puedes imprimir la vista del mapa y mostrarle a tu vendedor cómo TU tienes una lista preliminar de personas que estarían interesadas en comprar su casa! Antes de poner su casa a la venta.

Utilizar esta estrategia y Usted nunca perderá un listing!
