The second area of success or failure for new/newer agents is scripts and dialogs. In my training I oftentimes say:
“If you don’t know how to ask questions if you don’t know how to answer questions and you don’t know how to have intelligent conversations with a potential client, what do they need YOU for? They will be better off talking to a better agent”
Your level of success in this career will be proportionate to the level of skills you will develop, in this case conversations.
Learning the scripts and dialogs would help you: initiate a conversation, create rapport, ask the right questions, answer their questions and closing people to making decisions that are good for them.
The bad news is that you have to learn the scripts and dialogs, the good news is that you only have to do it once because the conversations will almost undoubtedly be the same the only thing that changes is the people you are conversating with.
- Download our Scripts and Dialogs book
- Read all the scripts at least once so you become familiar with them.
- Watch the Videos found in the Scripts and Dialogs Training Module.
- Memorize and practice only Scripts #2 and Script #3 for now which are the ones you will need the most. (Videos are found inside REAZ.applocated inside the Videos/Toolboxes section)
Timeframe: You should be able to complete this task within 7 days
