- And if you are using Matrix efficiently you can create automated reports on new listings, auto emails, CMA’s, market reports, etc.
Matrix is a Fantastic system, easy to use and very user-friendly, my recommendation is that you take any of the 3-hour classes given at your local associations.
Investment: C.A.R. membership (Between $850.00 to $1,200 a year depending on association) Check your local association.

Matrix also offers a Customized APP to share with your clients for their mobile devices (IPhone/Android) called HomeSeekers (download from the App Store or Google Play, log in as an Agent using the same information as matrix and share with clients)
