Property Marketing Costs:

  1. Professional Photography: $240.00
  2. Flyers: 23 cents per flyer full color both sides.
  3. Installation of the For-Sale Sign and Flyer box delivery: Local $39.50 / Outside the area ($135.00)
  4. Flyer Door to Door Delivery: 18cents each flyer minimum: $70.00
  5. Flyers Mailed: $1.00 per flyer, includes color print, envelope, and postage.
  6. Free 24Hrs Information Line including set up: $25.00
  7. Voice Blaster per 500 calls, includes the purchase of phone numbers: $50.00
  8. Print Ads per 7-day promotion. Orange County Register: $10.00 / Press-Telegram: $45.00 / El Clasificado: $10.00 / LA Times: $95.00 / La Opinion: $40.00
  9. Facebook Event Promotion (3 days for open House): $60.00
  10. Adwerx 7-Day Marketing program: $75.00
  11. Interior Design Consultation: $150.00
  12. Delivery of 100 Color flyers to the HOA meeting: $50.00
  13. Property Added to Loopnet (if Investment or Commercial Property): $350.00
  14. Create and Install Bandit Signs around the Area: $5.00 per Bandit Sign
  15. E-Flyers to All Agents in One County (creation and delivery): $95.00
  16. Order the City Pre-Sale Inspection (cost vary by city).

One-Time Fees If you don’t have and want to use your accounts:

  1. Creation of your 4 Social Media Pages (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram): $200.00
  2. Your Custom Single Property website: $50.00
  3. Your Custom YouTube Channel: $100.00

If you Partner with us on a listing I will upfront all the costs and I will collect your share at the close of escrow as per our partnership agreement. If the transaction it’s canceled, I will provide an invoice for payment.

Additional Tasks included in our partnership agreement (no cost to you):

  1. I collect the Statement of Information.
  2. If property under a Corporation? I check DBA Standing.
  3. I Request HOA information.
  4. I Order the Preliminary Title Report.
  5. I Create the Property Description
  6. I Install the Supra lockbox.
  7. I take pictures using my Fish-Eye-Lense camera and edit the pictures
  8. I Enter the Property in the MLS.
  9. I Upload Website to ListHub.
  10. I Upload Website to Google.
  11. I Request Farm Labels from Title Co. (for mailing).
  12. I Request the USPS EDM route (for mailing).
  13. I Prepare the Property Website.
  14. I Send the NHD report to Sellers for Review.
  15. I Claim the Listing in Zillow.
  16. We or text call Local Agents.
  17. I send the E-flyer to our CRM.
  18. I Send the E-flyer to MLS Agents (Reverse Prospecting).
  19. I Send Eflyer to R.E Agents in CRM.
  20. I Send EFlyer to Agents in MLS.
  21. We set up the Broker Previews.
  22. I post to WordPress Blog/Blogger.
  23. I post to our Facebook Business Page.
  24. I post to our Twitter business page.
  25. I post to our LinkedIn business page.
  26. I Create a Video and post to our YouTube Video.
  27. I Set Up Sellers Auto Reporting of Website.
  28. I send Weekly Summary to you and the sellers.
