First, we will create an eye-catching and professional flyer to bring attention to a promotional campaign either Just Listed, Just Sold or Open House.

This flyer will include a report of the area, schools, outdoor and neighborhood eats. Simply send over your photos and description for your new listing or MLS id and we’ll take care of the rest.

Then we will set up a delivery route with the Postal Service, to mail out your flyer to the local owners and tenants within the route.

Cost of flyer production is $10.00

The printing service is 30 cents per flyer (double-sided full-color postcard paper)

The delivery is 18 cents per flyer.

The minimum of 500 flyers

(for example, for 500 flyers the cost is $250.00 or 50 cents per flyer, printed and delivered.
