- Request Updated Prelim Prior To Closing
- Schedule Final Property Verification
- Arrange Final Signing
- Make Sure the Funding Is Done
- Arrange for The Keys to Be Delivered
- Send Thank You Emails to All
- Changes the Status in The MLS To Close
- Confirm the Utilities Are Transferred
- Prepare the Broker Package
- Deliver the Packages to Everyone
- Collect the Commission Check from Escrow
- Send the Broker Package to Corporate to Get the Agent Paid

The Cost of our Transaction Coordinator is $400.00. If you are participating in one of our Transaction Partnership Program, the costs of transaction coordination are split as explained in this link
