(Telemarketing) Systems/ Sistema De Llamadas Por Telefono

 

If you are seriously doing telemarketing then you will need 3 things:

  1. A Lead Provider
  2. A Script book
  3. and an autodialer

 For Phone number Lead Providers (For Expireds, Foreclosures, FSBO and Just Listed Farms ONLY) I Recommend:

  1. Landvoice $60.00 to $99.00 per month depending on the leads you want.
  2. TheRedX $59.99 to $99.00 per month depending on leads you want.
  3. Archagent $40.00 to $99.00 per month depending on the leads you want.
  4. Vulcan7 the most accurate numbers (including mobiles) but the most expensive between $300.00 to $500.00 per month based on the leads you want.
  5. SalesDataPro. This is my preferred provider for farm data, they do not provide any of the leads (above) but they do provide names, addresses, phone numbers, DNC exclusion, and many different filters such as homeownership, FICO scores, Income and much more. Investment $49.00 per month for unlimited data pulls.

 

CRM’s (Customer Relationship Managers AKA Contact Databases:

Before looking into the systems below, check the (CRM) contact database of your choosing because most CRM’s have their own auto-dialers so you may not need to pay a separate provider for it. Also BigPurpleDot. is the ONLY CRM that includes it’s own auto-dialer for a single price, although it’s only a 1:1 Call Ratio the Investment is only $75.00 per month.

Stand-Alone Systems (Non-CRM)

  1. Stormdialer By TheRedx. Starting at $99.00 per month. 1:1 call ratio.
  2. Mojo Dialer $89.00 for a single line and $139.00 for 3:1 call ratio.
  3. Archagent Powerdialer $39.00 to $99.00 depending on the number of minutes up to 8:1 Ratio
  4. Callfire. Easier than ever Call Campaigns to send important alerts, promotions, updates, and notifications to customers, employees, voters, and more. Our new streamlined process lets you quickly pick your sender, receiver, and start your calls in minutes. Automated Delivery

  1. Slydial. Slydial is an APP (for the phone) and an online platform (for the computer) where you can call people and be automatically directed to their voicemails (mobile voicemails only) Investment: $15.00 per year.
  2. SlyBroadcast. Slydial is an online platform (for the computer) where you can call people and be automatically directed to their voicemails (mobile voicemails only) You can call 1 to 10,000 people at a time and leave voice messages directly into their voicemails without talking to them. Investment: $0.10 cents per message delivered.
  3. CallLoop. CallLoop is the only system that provides both Voice Broadcasting and Direct to Voicemail messages and campaigns. You can send out voice broadcasts to mobile and landline phones in seconds and/ or Voicemail Drops to Skip the call and drop thousands of messages straight to voicemail. Investment: 5 Cents per message delivered.
  4.  Callfire. Use Voice Broadcast to send important alerts, promotions, updates, and notifications to customers, employees, voters, and more. Outbound Call Center (Telemarketer)
If you decided you wanted to add telemarketing as a lead generation system but you don’t want to do it, you can hire a professional telemarketer with VA4REI they have the best system in place I know; their prices start at around $8.00 per hour, minimum of 20 hours per week. It is worth it if you have the budget to do it otherwise bite the bullet and call yourself using the systems above. Investment: It starts at $350.00 per month.

Inbound Call Center
If you need a receptionist to answer calls 24 hours a day 7 days a week so you don’t miss any important calls [they transfer the calls to you or take a message for you] I recommend “Thank you for calling” Their monthly minimum is $25.00 for 50 minutes, most times you won’t use more than that but they have bigger packages too. Investment: As low as $25.00 per month.

 

What to say when they tell you they are in the Do Not Call Registry.

Even though lead service providers will remove people in the DNC list, every once in a while you will reach someone that will get upset and *perhaps yell at you* and ask you why you called them. It will go like this:

Why are you calling me, I am in the Do not call registry to take me off your list or I will report you to the FTC (or sue you, or something like that)

First of all, don’t be afraid, this is just a defense mechanism to stop you from calling them again. So the FTC recommends you take the following steps.

  1. DO NOT ARGUE. I don’t know how else to say this, I don’t care how bad they insult you, stop yourself from picking up an argument with them, firstly it won’t help you, and secondly, things may escalate and it will worst.
  2. Apologize. Be very apologetic. say something like this: “I truly apologize I am so sorry”
  3. Promise. “I promise you to remove you from our contact database immediately”
  4. Report. “and I will also report your number to my manager to make sure no one in our office calls you again”
  5. Hang up. Regardless if they are still talking, hang up, there’s no reason to keep talking to them, the more you talk the worst it will get.

After that make sure you add them to the internal DNC which is available in every dialer system or CRM system you use. That’s it.
