The Good: These people are self-motivated and hyper-motivated, they handle rejection very well, they are driven, and they will not stop until they get what they want. As Hustlers, they wake up in the morning with a mission in their mind and nothing and no one will stop them from that mission. They will succeed because, for them, there is no other option.
The Bad: They lack consistency. They get bored easily if something is not working right away, they move to something else too quickly, so they never stick around long enough to see it work. This lack of consistency could be a downfall.
How do you recognize them: They are always on the move, they usually like to: boss-people-around, they don’t like to be told they are wrong, or even to be told what to do, and they don’t accept no for an answer. They lead, not follow.
What is the best area of prospecting for them: Something that they can see immediate results, for example, Cold Calling or Door knocking where they can immediately know whether a person is interested in their product or service or not?
