Loan Modification Processing

We can process your or your client’s loan modification, we will provide all the documents needed to process it, and negotiate with the banks. We don’t charge anything upfront, we get paid when you get paid. for more information and instructions send us an email.

Cost: We charge $1,500 payable to our brokerage. What you charge your clients is negotiated between you and your client. Money is collected as soon as the loan modification is approved. Approval Times will depend on the lender.
