Short Sale Processing

We can process your or your client’s short sale, we will provide all the documents needed to process it, and negotiate with the banks. We don’t charge anything upfront, we get paid when you get paid. for more information and instructions send us an email.

Cost: We charge $1,500 payable to our brokerage. Your Commission on the sale is negotiated between you and your client. Money is collected at the close of escrow. Approval Times will depend on the lender.
