  • Check For HOA, Mello Roos And Other Required Inspections
  • Order Home Warranty
  • Make Sure All the Disclosures Are Fully Executed
  • Follow Up with The Lender
  • Get All the Reports Signed
  • Remove Contingencies
  • Make Sure Loan Docs Are Ordered on Time
  • Request Updated Prelim Prior To Closing
  • Schedule Final Property Verification
  • Arrange Final Signing
  • Make Sure the Funding Is Done
  • Arrange for The Keys to Be Delivered
  • Send Thank You Emails to All
  • Changes the Status in The MLS To Close
  • Confirm the Utilities Are Transferred
  • Prepare the Broker Package
  • Deliver the Packages to Everyone
  • Collect the Commission Check from Escrow
  • Send the Broker Package to Corporate to Get the Agent Paid

The Cost of our Transaction Coordinator is $400.00. If you are participating in one of our Transaction Partnership Program, the costs of transaction coordination are split as explained in this link
